I\u2019ve been through the highs and the lows. I\u2019ve had moments of clear blue skies, and moments where I couldn\u2019t see further then my nose. I\u2019m not perfect. I\u2019ve messed up, gotten lost, and had to rebuild.<\/p>\n
But in the middle of it all, I discovered something powerful\u2014how to talk to my higher self, how to connect with the Creator, not through complicated rituals or unreachable ideals, but through simple, honest steps anyone can follow. Especially the modern man or woman\u2014tired, busy, but still searching for true meaning.<\/p>\n

When I realized how my actions, words, and thoughts impacted people and my environment as a whole, I started living my life with a code: \u201cDo unto others what you want done unto you.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s simple, but you must practise it often. As an example a driver the other day cut me off, i caught myself after the second cuss word that came out of my mouth, and also realized how negative and emotional I was feeling.<\/p>\n
Instantly I thought to myself. \u201cGiorgio, would you like someone to act this way towards you\u201d? My answer was, \u201chell no\u201d<\/p>\n
Then I asked myself, \u201cdo you like the way you feel now\u201d? Once again i replied to myself, \u201cno, it was a terrible feeling\u201d.<\/p>\n
In less than a minute I was able to switch my frequency and vibrate at a different higher vibration. I was instantly happier, much happier!<\/p>\n
